At the latest round of China-U.S. trade talks, both sides were drafting a memorandum of understanding (MOU), but Trump on Friday said he wanted a "trade agreement" instead and that he would meet Chinese President Xi Jinping in Mar-a-Lago to “conclude an agreement” in March.
