Full body workout at home with just 1 equipment under 25 minutes !! FIT FOODIE
This is a total body workout with resistance band which you can do anywhere anytime . Try doing this workout atleast 3 times a week.

CHEST

EXERCISE 1

Resistance band Push ups ( 3 sets) - as many as u can
or
standing chest press ( 3 sets ) - reps 20 , 20 , 50 with 1 sec hold at the front

Exercise 2
INNER CHEST - 3 sets - 20,30,50 with 1 sec hold

BACK

EXERCISE 1

Bent over rows - 3 sets - 20,20,40 with 2 sec hold at the back

EXERCISE 2

Standing rows 3 sets - 20,20,30 with 1 sec hold at back

SHOULDERS

GIANT SET - 4 SETS AS MANY AS POSSIBLE

ARMS

Superset 3 sets biceps and triceps - till failure

LEGS (3 sets )

Free squats and hamstrings - 20,20,20 as slow as possible
